Who We Are

Drs. Samson, Showalter, Lepore, and Nair are internationally renowned vascular surgeons who have had a presence in Sarasota for more than 21 years. Mr. Ricardo Morales, PA-C has 17 years experience as a dedicated vascular physician’s assistant. Mrs. Cline is a Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, specializing in cardiovascular medicine. She has over twelve years experience, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996 at the University of South Florida. Please see our detailed biographies on the Physicians page.

What We Do

Our practice is the only medical practice in the Tri-county area dedicated to the treatment of patients with disorders of the veins and arteries, the Vascular System. Unlike most vascular surgical groups, we are also uniquely trained and experienced to offer all forms of diagnosis and therapy including:

• Medications to treat and prevent atherosclerosis, plaque formation and high blood pressure.
• Exercise therapy
• Varicose veins/spider vein injections and laser therapy
• In-office removal of varicose veins (ASAP, Microphlebectomy)
• In-office laser oblation of varicose veins (ELVS, VenaCure)
