Dear Dr. Samson,

I know that everyone must write to you with much gratitude after having you remove their varicose veins, and that this note is just one of many.

Not only is the pain and heaviness that I felt in my leg gone, but also the heaviness that I felt in my heart every time I looked at my leg gone. I just feel so much better about myself. When I would go out on our boat, to the beach or played golf on a 100 degree day, I was the only one in long pants sweating as I didn’t want anyone to look at my leg. I have not worn a dress in years. Yes, I am vain! That was my only flaw- so now I’m perfect!

Regardless, I just want to thank you and your staff and especially Vanessa for the wonderful treatment that I received. Most of all, I want to say thank you for your gentleness and expertise in removing those “mountains”. You gave me back much more than I gave you and you were right when you told me that I would be wasting my money in “lala land.” Being awake was fine and I hardly felt anything except a slight sting when giving me the shot of lidocaine. I just can’t stop talking about this miracle treatment for removal of these unsightly veins. If you every have anyone that is nervous or not sure of this procedure, please feel free to give them my name as a reference. I would put their minds and hearts at ease. I wish that I could show them a picture of the before and after.

Dear Dr. Lepore,

My family and I are so very grateful to you and your team for the outstanding care you have provided to my Dad, associated with his recent surgery in March. We cannot begin to express our appreciation for your aggressive management of this urgent situation, your caring and concern for Dad and Mom, your impressive orchestration of all elements of Dad’s care including a top notch cardiologist and internist, and all of your attentiveness to the entire care process, including arranging home care with a nurse selected personally by you. We realize the surgery you performed with Dr. Samson assisting was very complex and demanding of your skills and represents “world-class” care-we feel very fortunate that Dad is in your hands. Your nurse and office staff have been so helpful and patient focused…Cheryl is “on it!”

I flew down to Sarasota last week and drove Mom and Dad back up north. It was a moment of intense joy for me when we stopped in Mariana, Florida for the night and Dad ordered a 4-piece chicken dinner. I could not help but remember how, when I arrived at their place on his birthday March 6, that he was unable to eat or drink anything but a tablespoon of ice cream.

We are thankful for your many skills and gifts of healing and I have tremendous respect for your abilities. We all wish you the very best in your work and family life. It is reassuring to know that when Dad and Mom are in Florida you are nearby.
